By using DataBandar you agree to these terms. They’re written in plain language.
1. You own your maps
Maps you create with DataBandar are yours. You may download, share, and publish them freely, including for commercial use.
2. Map data
Maps are built on public and open datasets (e.g. NFHS-5, Sentinel-2 land cover, WorldPop). You are responsible for how you interpret and present that data — verify before publishing anything decision-critical.
3. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t try to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Published content must not be misleading, hateful, or unlawful.
4. Accounts
You’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. “As is”
DataBandar is provided as-is, without warranty. We’re not liable for how maps are used or for any inaccuracies in source data.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updates.
